Terms and rates :

All reservation confirmations will be made through our 2MH group intranet platform

 

The customer agrees to provide :

  • The names of the passengers who will travel on board the aircraft
  • The first names of the passengers who will travel on board the aircraft
  • The number of luggage
  • A telephone contact
  • The flight numbers of the aircraft connection
  • Payment for the flight must be made no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled takeoff.
 

Tariffs :

All our quotes are in euros, all taxes included (TTC)

 

Terms of payment :

By credit card ( Visa or Mastercard), through a payment link that will be sent to the customer. The customer commits himself to have all the necessary authorizations for the use of the bank card intended for the payment of the order on the site.

By bank transfer, the bank details of the company will be provided at the validation of the quote. (A proof of transfer will be requested).

In case of payment by bank transfer, the registration of your flight will be effective only when the funds are on the bank account of our company.

 

Conditions of cancellation by the customer: 

A penalty will be retained according to the following scale:

  • 100% of the flight price if cancelled on the day of the flight.
  • 50% of the flight price if cancelled the day before the flight.
  • 25% of the flight price if cancelled more than 2 days before the flight.

Cancellation by Jet Systems Helicopter Services:

In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, a full refund of the flight will be made and an estimate for the transfer by car will be offered. All refunds will be made by bank transfer, a bank statement will be requested. In case of cancellation for technical reasons, another helicopter of the same category will be provided as soon as possible. No financial compensation will be given to passengers in case of cancellation due to weather, technical incidents or force majeure, except for the refund of your flight. The carrier assumes no responsibility for missed connections and no financial compensation will be given for delays.

 

Insurance :

Jet Systems Helicopteres Services insures passengers under its air transport certificate No. FR.AOC.0024. In addition, the company declares to be in possession of the necessary authorizations for the recovery of passengers Dispute, Applicable Law, Competent Jurisdiction. Any claim must be addressed to Jet Systems by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 days from the date of performance of the Service that caused the dispute. After this period, no claim will be admissible.

In the absence of an amicable settlement, the Commercial Court of Romans has sole jurisdiction to decide any dispute between Jet Systems and the Customer, including in cases of multiple defendants, connexity or intervention. The GTC and the orders resulting from them are subject to French law. If any clause or provision of the T&Cs is invalidated or declared illegal by a final court decision, such invalidity or illegality shall not affect the remaining clauses and provisions, which shall continue to apply. The fact that Jet Systems does not avail itself at a given time of one of the clauses of the GTC, can not be interpreted as a waiver to avail itself later.

 

Goods not allowed on board :

Certain items may not be carried. They are not allowed in hand baggage or checked baggage.

 

Commonly used items:

Briefcases and briefcases with alarm devices Primary, non-rechargeable lithium batteries. Exceptions are rechargeable batteries for cell phones and laptops.

 

Flammable Substances:

Easily flammable solids such as matches and other flammable or self-flammable materials Flammable, non-flammable, refrigerated and toxic gas fuels Gas lighters Camping gas ovens Combustible dough (e.g. For fondue) Flammable liquids such as lacquers, thinners, solvents or gasoline Flammable and non-flammable paints Objects releasing flammable gas when in contact with water.

 

Gases:

Irritant gases such as pepper spray or defense sprays Lighter, camping gas and gas oven gas cylinders
Gas cylinders “Blue Flame” lighters or cigarette lighters CO2 cartridges for mineral water preparation.

 

Goods hazardous to health :

Radioactive materials Toxic and contagious substances (viruses, bacteria) .Other hazardous goods Explosive materials, ammunition, fireworks and flares. Non-rechargeable lithium cells and batteries with 2 g or more of lithium per battery Oxidizing materials. Such as bleaches and peroxides Caustic materials such as acids, mercury, button cell and alkaline battery liquids Magnetizing and other objects. Considered as hazardous materials Taser guns with flammable materials, compressed gases or lithium batteries Combustion engines (e.g. lawn mower, chainsaw)
